As part of the UK BIM Alliance Kent community, we are gathering real life case studies to show where digital construction is being used to harness efficiencies across the supply chain. This will provide a valuable resource for the wider community to see how things can be done differently and where tangible benefits can be realised. Below are the first 3 case studies produced by the leadership group to get things started, we look forward to receiving many more over the coming months.
