BIM4Estate is a platform for estates facing the same challenges with regards to BIM and Life Cycle Management. Tackling real world projects and issues people are facing with input from experienced members of the team who have already gone through these obstacles.

Three main challenges include technical, people and economic impacts including system/information integration, asset information management during CAPEX/OPEX phases, behavioural/organisational change, industry challenges (reduced funding) and maintaining high quality estates for clients.

The group is initially aimed at University estates. Once established and successful the group will be opened up to other estates.
